At Kings & Priests, we are committed to cultivating a community of leaders who exemplify high character, moral integrity, and spiritual excellence. This policy outlines the expectations for all members, partners, and representatives of our organization, ensuring alignment with our mission to lead, serve, and build stronger families, communities, and nations.
Core Values and Standards of Conduct
Integrity as Our Foundation
All members are expected to act with honesty, transparency, and accountability in their personal, professional, and organizational interactions. Integrity is non-negotiable and reflects the character of Christ in all we do (Proverbs 10:9).
Representing Our Values
Members must embody and reflect the values of Kings & Priests through their actions, speech, and decisions. This includes upholding the principles of faith, moral courage, generosity, and humility, and avoiding any conduct that would bring dishonor to the organization.
Spiritual and Moral Leadership
As part of this community, members are to serve as moral and spiritual examples, demonstrating Christ-like behavior in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Leaders are held to a higher standard, as described in 1 Timothy 3:2-7, and must actively build trust and inspire others by living with integrity.
Respect and the Love of God
Treating others with dignity and respect is a core principle of our organization. Members must practice patience, kindness, and forgiveness in their relationships (Ephesians 4:2-3). We do not tolerate any form of disrespect, discrimination, or divisive behavior within our community.
Building Stronger Communities
Our mission is to empower men to impact families, churches, and cities positively. Members are expected to contribute actively to their communities through mentorship, service, and the creation of opportunities that promote unity, growth, and prosperity (Matthew 5:16).
Being a Leader
Every member of Kings & Priests is called to lead with humility, responsibility, and vision. Leaders must be willing to guide others, set examples of excellence, and take initiative in creating solutions for the challenges their communities face.
Violation of Standards
Membership in Kings & Priests is both a privilege and a responsibility. Any actions or behaviors that violate these standards, compromise the integrity of the organization, or negatively impact its mission may result in the following consequences:
Expulsion from the Organization
Cancellation of Membership or Subscription
Relief of Responsibilities and Duties
Decisions regarding disciplinary action will be made by the leadership team and will include a fair and thorough review of the situation. Restoration and reconciliation efforts may also be pursued in line with biblical principles of forgiveness and accountability.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By participating in Kings & Priests, all members agree to uphold these standards and commit to living out our values in every area of their lives. Together, we are building a legacy of integrity, leadership, and faith that will transform generations to come.
